Why Do Some Scents Last Longer Than Others?

It’s normal for different fragrances to vary in strength and longevity. Here’s why:

✨ Scents that contain a higher concentration of “base” or heavier notes (like vanilla, almond, apple) tend to last longer, as these notes are the last to evaporate. Fragrance families such as Bakery, Laundry, and Cologne are great examples of longer-lasting aromas.

🍊 On the other hand, fragrances made mostly of “top” or lighter notes have a shorter lifespan because they evaporate first. Many Citrus and Fresh scents fall into this category, which is why their aroma doesn’t linger as long.

Are your candles safe to use around DOGS, BIRDS and CATS?

Yes, our candles are safe to use around your pets as long as they are used properly and all safety instructions are followed. Here are some important points:
🐾 Safer ingredients:
Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and premium fragrances/essential oils. They are free from paraffin, phthalates, and heavy metals, making them a cleaner and safer alternative for your home.
🐾 Responsible use:
Even though our ingredients are more natural, pets should never come into direct contact with the wax or the flame.
⚠️ Important note:
Some specific essentials Oils (such as Ylang Ylang, Cinnamon, and Clove) may be more irritating for pets. In these case,we recommend using them with caution or in areas where pets are not presents all the time.

My package shows as “DELIVERED” but I haven’t received it.

Sometimes USPS marks a package as “delivered” before it actually arrives, and it may show up within a couple of days. Here are some steps you can take to help locate your package:

📦Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to them.

📦Ask household members, as someone may have picked it up and forgotten to mention it.

📦Speak with your mail carrier the next time you see them and ask where the package was placed.

📦Contact your local post office to confirm if they are holding the package, or request that they check the delivery GPS scan to verify the exact drop-off location.

Why did a tunnel form in my candle or why is the flame too intense?

Sometimes tunneling or a high flame can happen. Here are a few tips:

🕯First Burn
Allow your candle to burn until the wax melts completely to the edges of the container (1–3 hours depending on size). This forms the wax “memory” and helps prevent tunneling. If tunneling occurs, don’t worry – soy wax will melt properly and it will not affect your candle’s performance at the end.

🕯Trim the Wick
Keep the wick at approximately ¼ inch (6 mm) before each use. This ensures a clean, steady flame and minimizes smoke or soot.

🕯Burn Time
For optimal performance, burn your candle for 3–4 hours at a time. Let it cool completely before relighting.

🕯Additional Tip
To extinguish your candle without smoke, use a candle snuffer.

Why does my candle look frosted or have wet spots?

Frosting and wet spots are completely natural with 100% soy wax. Since soy wax is a plant-based material with no chemical additives, it can sometimes pull away from the glass or create a frosted finish.

✨ Don’t worry — this does not affect the scent, burn time, or overall quality of your candle. It’s only an aesthetic variation and a sign of a truly hand-poured, natural candle. 🌿

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns if the product arrived in good condition or if the fragrance is not to your preference.
